You can get frequencies on YT. There are a lot of channels. I like Rife Force.

I sleep with frequencies...my favorite channel is Meditative Mind and my two favorite frequencies are 432Hz and 528Hz ...sometimes they are combined...I will check out Rife Force...never heard of it...thanks

That's how the oils or herbs connect to organs etc...through their frequencies...that's why it's called vibrational healing...drugs just lower frequencies...the ailments all have frequencies also...EVERYTHING has a frequency...
