If you had a “misses” you wouldn’t have these problems.
Now you tell me, I just washed the car and mowed the front yard.
Apparently, here in central SE FL, every local tell-a-vision weathercaster is instructed to say "stay hydrated" several times per segment. Enough so it makes me wonder if I should watch the water ... or, at least what's in it?
Ha! Was talking to a guy who was new to Houston. (from Detroit, his first summer here) Told him late July, early August is technically the hottest time here. Told him I personally hate September because by then I’m just done with it the heat. Told him we’d usually cool down by Halloween.
AZ. Can’t confirm 109.
But it's dry heat!
Ya sure… lol.
The dogs don’t even wanna go out and pee on the fake grass it’s too hot on their feet
Grin. Spent every summer in a similar oven with the added joy of dust and chaf on a dry farm.
Ugh. I’m happy to hear you got out
Was in SC for the weekend and it was hotter than the blazes of Hell and eternal damnation itself
Moved to mid Atlantic and had never endured a summer of 95+ temps with 80% humidity. At least in the dry heat you can find respite in the shade and cool sleep in the basement. And the cold isn't as bone chilling either. 30 degrees with wind off the water feels colder than zero degrees in the Rockies.
Here in Texas for sure.
AZ @ 4:05 pm, 113 outside....just saying it is a tad bit warm outside.
