Anyone else get a notice in their trading account from DWAC offering approximately $10.24/share? That’s lower than the current strike. Smells like a buyback. Could be good news.

It is part of the EXTENSION vote process. You have the choice to VOTE to extend the merger deadline or participate in the tender offer. The latter makes NO sense and would only be done by those that don't understand. PLEASE vote YES for the extension and toss the tender offer. more details will come out soon regarding ways to VOTE
The new CEO also said they know every single shareholder name and are zero fake shares, expect the votes to extend and to fully get the deal done. If you’re not aware there’s an upcoming vote for DWAC to extend the deadline again. The day of the meeting is August 17th so make sure to vote before then through your broker.

It could be possible there will be no extension vote. The SEC just settled now it is just a matter of time to get the merger vote. It's going to be close
I bought over a thousand shares on the open offer, 12.50 I think and then sold at the transient high the next day at 175.00. Then proceeded to pay myself and use a lot of the proceeds to buy back in on the way down. Sitting on a few thousand shares around 32.00 avg.
Once the merger gets approved, I think we will see the shares start going back up. Especially after 2024.

I bought 500 @ $11.75 in pre-market the morning after Trump announced it on Hannity. In hindsight it would have been great to sell for big $ and then repurchase like you did, but I’m still holding them, and positive about where we’re headed.
Ha same. I was in with 100 at that price and prob sold 50 at &125 but I’ve reinvested it all and bought more. Have a few hundred but over 1000 warrants. I’m for the long game and want to be able to buy myfe her minivan she won’t shut up about Kek but I really think this stock has a lot of legs on the future so that’ll only take a couple hundred shares out of my bag
