The only problem is that we don't live in a free market economy. If I don't like how banks operate I should be free to work with my community and start one that supports us. Like the Bailey Brothers Building & Loan from Its a Wonderful Life. But excessive regulation makes that almost impossible.
I think boycotting work is a bit extreme ...
I was wondering why Ron Paul would boycott work when he could just retire and sit on his pile of gold bars.
Where I live, offering someone a Bud is somewhat like saying "your kid is cute, I think I'd do'em." Anheuser Bush has aligned their brand with sexual assault, and now simply offering someone a drink of their product, is "fighting words".
They did this to themselves. This was deliberate. They went from #1 to #14, and there is no bottom to that hole they dug, there is no apology that will be sufficient.
This is what corporate suicide looks like.
We could have the beginnings of an actual free market, and the first step is to pay attention, become more aware, and make better choices with your dollars. Stop listening to their marketing ploy, and spending your dollars blindly on shit products that harm you.
Took a long time for AB to be widely exposed as a shit company, but those of us that have been paying attention for a while knew that what they sold for years is garbage.
I fell for it too, a long time ago.. I drank a lot of Bud Ice in the 90's..
Just the fact that boycotts work for one side and not the other should tell you which side is the ACTUAL majority, and a vast one at that.
