Q spoke of a scare event. The movie Oppenheimer covers the development of the first nuke. Here's an article that speaks to the fallout from that nuke. Curiously, there were zero precautions taken to warn nearby residents of what was coming. Probably because there would have been an outcry for using these locals as lab rats, and the locals would have tried to stop the "test". The article says that many animals died after the test. What about the people?

Yes! But they will have to get Putin to go along with their “movie” and I don’t think he is interested in an Oscar…
Have been "succeeding" for a long time, just stepping it up as of late.
