This was about announcing the direction (and even more risky) the moment of travel (plane departure), e.g. “Heading to Tennessee”.

The context usually was: assassination risk.

The posts suggests that major risk has been mitigated as the Trump has posted the direction revealing the moment of the plane departure (meaning: save to reveal).
