been trying to find some good cheese…nothing melts right anymore, seems like plastic. think I need to learn how to make my own🤔
Find a raw milk dealer and don't try thistles for rennet like I made the mistake of doing. Start with mozzarella, it's the easiest for beginners.
thanks! and I prefer mozzarella, so that’s good to know. and in the Midwest, so shouldn’t be too hard to find the right milk
Frens from Wisconsin, help this guy
Try muenster cheese. Absolutely delicious and has a low melting point.
forgot about muenster! thanks for the reminder/bet it would be good for garlic bread🐸
Not a problem. It's our household go-to.
mine has horses/so no luck there but wondering if maybe some of the organic milk would work, the kind in the glass bottles?🤔
