I remember a story about a few outdated buildings in New York owned by the same guy that were destroyed by domestic terrorism too. Apparently it's cheaper to triple up on insurance and melt steel with jet fuel than have asbestos properly removed.
Same thing with the stock market. Drive it up and down predictably (for those that know the timing) and fleece the sheep.
I'll never forget how I owned a stock that was going up very nicely. Near the top all the ANALysts were giving it a strong buy. I was loving it. Then some bad news came out followed by a 10% drop. "Invest for the long term!!!" Is the cry from money managers. It came back by about 5%, then some more bad news and another 10% drop. This repeated until it was down by 50%. Then then ANALysts finally started the downgrades and it dropped even more. So if a stock is a strong buy, that's the time to SELLLLLLLL!!!!!!
Bingo. They actively impede rebuilding destroyed urban areas. Two birds with one firebomb. Impoverish independent producers, and depress property values.
That's what they're doing to beautiful San Francisco.
It's prime real estate that is a dumpster fire right now. Prices will drop and someone will buy it up for cheap.
Smart cities need space

Lmao, have an updoot.
Never let a crisis go to waste……
Just like the Detroit riots. Catherine Austin Fitts has been saying the BLM/Antifa riots were part of a land grab.
