You don't really need voters when you can request absentee ballots. In Wisconsin if I know your name and birth date I can request an absentee ballot and supply any address I want for it.

The Democrats most reliable voters are the urban poor, who don't have 401k's. Heavily represented in that group are single mothers most likely to abort their children. These are the people that watched their cities be destroyed by Democrats and continue to re-elect them with 80+% margins.
