I did it still doesn't work. You have three digits down, the sign for Q only has two digits down, thumb and forefinger. All the other fingers are folded to the palm.

Would you had rather them just put a big ole Q to skip the confusion? How about this….. if you look at the picture of their oddly positioned ghost, which letter in sign language could this most represent?

If they had intended to represent the letter Q in sign all they had to do was bend the back leg up at the knee. How hard would that have been? They didn't intend to represent a Q. The decode is wrong in my opinion.
