Can we get Hunter to own a bump stock and a pistol brace too? I want those back.
That idiocy has impacted some family members who own those items.
I am willing to bet this was done solely to protect Crackhead from his gun charges.
I'm not sure how this would help. Even though the illegal drug use ban may be struck down, Hunter's issue is that he lied on the gun form - perjury.
All gun laws are unconstitutional. 🇺🇲
This is the one fact people fail to think all the way through to it's conclusion. any and all laws restricting the ownership of weapons is unconstitutional. We need to bring back the prison work camps and solitary confinement sentences of the days of old where the purpose was to rehabilitate someone instead of locking up as many offenders as possible to milk the tax cattle.
What could go wrong 🤔
What could go wrong has already gone wrong. Possessing alcohol or prescription drugs that are central nervous system depressants, for example, is no impediment to owning firearms. That isn't so wrong; most people never shoot anyone in their whole life no matter how unbelievably drunk or drugged out they get, even if they're armed to the teeth.
THC is a type of alcohol molecule that is still federally illegal in all states. It can be a CNS stimulant if used sparingly and depressant if used more liberally. Yet THC produces almost no cerebellar effects like Rx benzos, opioids, tranqs, etc., or ethanol. Means you can walk, talk, hold your hand steady while firing and reloading, etc.
Trampling on Americans' 2A rights for possessing that alcohol molecule is as wrong as it gets.
😆Hahahahahaha
They could arrest people for what would other wise be an OTC because some politicians take away your right to use the drug. Many antivirals used to otc, now you can lose your 2nd ammendment for having them
And states the legalized weed are setting up their citizens to 2A if the feds feel like targeting someone.
I have a feeling they'll knock it down but perhaps it will push legal marijuana federally. I personally would prefer LSD and ketamine users, etc, definitely not have guns but "shall not be infringed" is pretty clear to me.

Convenient change for Hunter!
I love it. The flood is happening so fast you can see the doom squad change tactics on the fly these days.
Nice win.
So this means all the Cali heroin users can lock n' load legally now? Striking this down is a double edged sword, but sometimes thats how it needs to be
...because law changes affect activities of the lawless.
Couldn't 'Amen!' loud enough!
