The current version of said agency was created J Edgar Hoover, which overtly demonstrated from their inception to today that they collect evidence to use for blackmail later. It was joked about (aka confirmed) for decades. Nothing has changes except the narratives. "Those that control narratives controls normies." Knuf said.
