I'm not surprised. Google had some mentorship programs that were open to everyone except whites.

Google was teaching the inferior races how to take a shower every day before work, how to wipe and flush, not to rape the female employees, and how to wash their hands and such.

It wasn't open to Whites because they already know all that stuff and it would be embarrasing to have them find out Google has to teach the other employees who are not quite civilized yet.
