I’ve never really been able to get a good answer regarding the impact of inbreeding in the book of Genesis.

Adam and Eve's genetics were perfect.

If Adam and Eve were real and not a religious fantasy then that means we are all descendants of Adam and Eve??? Which means all of us are inbred!
