Congress must demand it or defund the DOJ. It is as simple as that. If Congress can’t find their guts to do that, we the people must demand the shut down and defunding of Congress too.

Exactly right! I was listening to Buck Sexton and Clay Travis yesterday discussing this. No question, Garland hired one of their OWN to slow walk this investigation until everyone loses interest in it. Dirty cops like Garland broke the law by violating Statute 600.3, which guarantees that the appointed special council is not in any government position that could compromise the so-called fairness of the investigation, what hypocrisy, organized crime to the max. Funny how with all the overwhelming evidence already collected that would put Hunter in jail for a long time, the DOJ has no interest in pushing Hunter through a speedy and "fair" trial like with President Trump.

Hey, AG Garland it a busy man, being the Attorney General and all that. We can't expect him to actually KNOW the LAW, can we? Heh!

Sounds like Hunter wasn't given a fair investigation. All charges must be dropped. Shame.

Per Mike Davis on Bannon's Warroom, objective is to allow Special Counsel to move venue to a new jurisdiction to get away from the judge who tanked the sweetheart plea deal. Sounds about right.

It's not a statute but rather an agency regulation. It is binding against the AG, but not enforceable, only politically, and obviously they don't fear paying any political price.
