At 1:27 what appears to be a paparazzi offers to escort her to the waiting car. Look at the angle of that footage. Just who is taking that? Are they standing virtually on top of the two as they walk the few steps to the waiting car? The footage is from up high, at least a tall person's head height. It might be another paparazzi with a camera on a pole (though I don't see a reflection behind her in the open door). And why so very much focus/attention on this "supposed nobody" friend/dining companion? Edit: I believe they're purposefully getting the close-up footage for the facial comparison. IMO they already know who she is, but are getting "legal" proof.
At 1:47 the driver/chauffeur asks Clive "Do you want to talk about it? You don't wanna talk about it?" (This in response to a paparazzi asking Clive if he's been in touch with someone). Consider this... They're in the car, windows closed, on a city street and the footage shows there's no one within ten feet of that car when they're talking. How ever do you hear that part of their private conversation clearly like that? The audio is coming from inside that car. They were being surveilled both on the street and from inside that car. I'm guessing this is a WH operation.
This is probably the biggest "tell", most obvious.
People get used to watching movies where something like this may be commonplace when telling the story, but in real life you can't hear conversation in those conditions without a listening device. Maybe the WH hacked into the car's microphone or planted a listening device or the driver is part of the team or... Lord only knows what kind of technology is available.
Could be...things certainly can be very intriguing...this is all a very astute observation...I just took the whole thing at face value...but there is more to this clip than meets the eye...I did wonder who was taking these videos...
Here's something else to look at. Keep a close eye on the bearded dude in the black hat, smiling and friendly. You'll see him in the 1:27 segment as he gets right in center frame and is (most seriously) looking at whoever is taking that footage.
Now go back to the one minute mark. He's laughing and talking and... Look at the hand gesture he makes with his right hand. Look at where he's looking at the cameraman. It's like he's signaling to the same person taking the footage to get into the next position or to get a group shot or something - and that person filming starts moving towards the car.

That audio got me too. There had to have been mics in the car. No way would audio just be picked up like that, I don't care how big the boom is.

Exactly. I used to work in film and there's definitely a mic in that car somehow.

More to this than meets the eye... Indeed.
