How many billions went to ukraine? Out of that amount maybe 10% was spent on weapons and training. 90% of it to top of the pyramid and kick backs to our own rats in government.
How much will Hawaii get in government funds? Maybe relocate some middle income families to some section 8 housing projects away from the area?
