Q told us early on that 80% of the information would remain dark. 20% would be disclosed to ensure justice. Anons argued with him, that history would repeat itself if enough of the truth was not disclosed.

For us mere mortals, its one in the same. Dark ops/light ops... its about what is disclosed to the public.
I believe that was changed a few Q posts later after a little bit of blowback from anons...to 60% private / 40% public. Correct me if I'm wrong
