Predating the US Constitution, but established after 15NOV 1777 Articles of Confederation, this US Military outpost has existed CONTINUOUSLY from 27JAN, 1778 to present

West Point is the oldest continuously occupied military post in the United States.[3]
It was the site of General Benedict Arnold's infamous treason.[6]
West Point was first occupied by the military on January 27, 1778, when Brigadier General Samuel Holden Parsons and his brigade (comprising elements of the Connecticut militia) crossed the ice on the Hudson River and climbed to the plain on West Point.[7]
From then to the present, West Point has been occupied by the United States Army.[8]
Military was making moves ahead of GHWB kickoff on NWO in 1989:
1988: West Point becomes a Mint
West Point mint puts first mark on coins in 2019, indicating something happened to US Corp and its control of mint from D.C. prior to this date. Note it was on a quarter.
2019: "W" mint mark on circulating quarters

Note that there is a mint at Fort Knox as well that could be involved in gold coin production or “mint metal inventory mgmt”.
No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

I believe the back side design change is significant. Most notable is removal of the “13 stars”. Reportedly represented 13 colonies, but likely it was the “13 families” and shareholders of US CORP.
Interesting. So you think they did the "chin shadow" to make it look like stubble? The nose appears to be more pronounced and features are less soft, imo. (Just did side-by-side under magnifying glass).
Federal Bureau of Printing and Engraving might be involved in coin design as well, or we just have some "woke" coin designers operating out of the D.C. mint HQ or remotely, still? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bureau_of_Engraving_and_Printing
Note that a non-DC FBofPG was setup in Forth Worth, TX in 1987, and it appears that at least half the country's "blue-stripe" $100 bills were printed here [2009 series]. It is possible that all of them were printed there for some reason. It is possible that the right side is an "exchangeable" gold certificate for when we get a new gold-backed something to replace the Federal Reserve DEBT NOTE.
This a 2023 PR70 UCAM struck at West Point mint so it is clear and relevant to the discussion. I don’t believe this is a chin shadow. That is stubble. She does not look less soft. That is a dude.

To be clear I am not talking about the shadow I am talking about the hair on the cheeks.
Definitely very masculine features. My 2023 Type 2 does not have hair on the cheeks, just a more pronounced "chin shadow" that kinda looks like chin stubble.
So mooch hell obango got her own coin before Barry? Is that what you're saying🤣
LOL
Where do I invest in MikeCoin?
Looks like Justin Trudeau tbh
