IMHO it’s too early for GEOTUS to reveal everything…Didn’t he say the trial of the century would be next January? Has to happen closer to the election for all those still sleeping…

I don't think he gets to choose the trial dates. The Judge does, I believe. I could be wrong but I'd be surprised if the defendant gets to choose the trial dates.

Correct, but the prosecution and defense can give their input, and possibly even agree. Judge still rules though.
