I just got sent a tick tock clip that explained that the annexation of Hawaii during Occupation is illegal, considered a War Crime, and in the end the Annexation was never signed off on. That means, of true, then the Hawaiians need to band together and stop the bullshit the money men are pulling. Do not sign any document to get relief, I'd tell Biden to keep his $700 bullshit payment.
