Pinch of Salt springs to mind with this one. I could be wrong but I feel some of the terminology used is too modern to be in an old document.
The term "media" has only been around for 100 yrs or so.
It's possible but raises suspicion in my mind.
The ancient Median Empire (Persian-Medes) I believe was the first usage.
Don’t know if it’s true but I read they were the first world empire to use paper posters as propaganda and they established the first official government postal service for he masses - unifying the many kingdoms and provinces by sending decrees by mail to every subject in his own language.
