Josh Carter tells PEOPLE that while it's 'different' visiting grandparents Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter's home now that they've grown a bit quieter, 'they are still here, they are still holding hands and still very much together'
For several months now. I've never know anyone to survive more than two weeks in hospice. He's probably already on ice waiting for the next big distraction that they need, though how well would that work since how really gives a damn about Carter and how many younger people even know about him?

Her own great aunt went into hospice in-patient care but was released after a month. Her seemingly terminal condition was the result of poor self care.
