Doesn't say Trump's Twitter message would be on Friday, just his "departure." It's actually saying his message is before Friday.

Could be the preceding Saturday. In general, it could be any day, even Friday morning for a Friday afternoon departure.

If we're talking about a departure THIS Friday, it would have to be Wed, Thu or Fri.
