It amazes me that so many evil scientists and doctors were welcomed with open arms after WW11...and given such positions of authority...they were split up among the victors...the only losers were the people who had to endure their sick ideology...our government has hated us for a VERY long time...

That's one...but that was indoors...which has to be thousands....
There were 200 OUTDOOR experiments...boy aren't we glad to have acquired such a wonderful bunch of scientists/doctors...
My unpopular opinion: we didn't really win WWII - we helped the Soviet Union win. They extended their control right through to the Berlin Wall, and most of their atrocities have either been forgotten or pawned off onto the Germans.
But you nailed it on where a lot of our toxicity problems originated
