I mentioned a few days ago I was going to come up with a plan for us to make a difference with this lockdown looming. Many of us can ill afford to miss work or worse. And we're not about to give in when we already held out last time. I think I have a relatively simple plan of action.
Boycotting companies has seemed to work when we come together nationally. So my idea is, on a state by state basis, to utilize social media platforms in a structured manner. Right now I have two pages, one on X, and I created a group on truth. On X "NJ Boycott List" {@BoycottNJ} and on Truth " NJ Business Boycott List" {@NeoMaxiZoomDweebie/group name "NJ Business Boycott List"} respectively.
My idea is simple: we all create a page or group, say.. "Alabama Boycott List", "Arizona Boycott List" and so on. Obviously having one page per state is paramount to keeping an up to date list. {I'm also thinking about just having one page on X and that's it. Might end up being tough to run two pages on two separate sites}
Next, each state page "friends" the other states, or joins the other groups at truth{friend connection to make nation wide chain}.
{Page note: This isn't like the leftist antics where we attack and set fire to what we don't like or agree with it. We are deciding to use our collective financial power to shun that which goes against our Constitution}
Then hopefully we can spread this message of "Do not comply" to the masses.
My only suggestion is to keep the pages as similar as possible, at least the name of them so people can find them.
I also think we should steer clear of using Q isms on the pages. We don't need to. We are the news now, and this is our job. It's been put on us and now we are ready to spread info far and wide.
Also be clear on a pinned post that we will not harass business owners... we will just take our money to freedom loving stores, preferably locally owned as they will be threatened with fines and worse. {Idea: if there is a patriotic alternative to gofundme, we could raise funds for these owners if things get extreme}
We should also explain that a mandate is not a law, and is clearly against our Constitution. And since somebody will point out it's emergency power, Giving a governor emergency powers when there is no real emergency is also quite squarely opposed to our Constitution, and probably treasonous.
I hope that through this simple act of civil non-compliance, we can withstand this clear attack on the American people.
any suggestions would be extremely helpful
Thank you
Also, when an employee starts barking at you, always have your phone recording. This will come into play later with class action lawsuits
Do you know, or anyone else, if you're getting barked at, can you claim a medical exemption (ie asthma) and not have to provide proof due to HIPAA laws?
Is that an option to get around this?
I held out easily last time. Always refused to mask and just kept walking. Right now I cant afford to get arrested for trespassing or some bullshit.
I do like your boycotting option. Im not in a big city, so my options may be limited sometimes. I'd rather not resort to Amazon/online for everything because that's feeding the beast even worse imo.
Of course. In fact it never has to get as far as you scrambling to provide a medical excuse and then hoping the Decider at the Door will accept your excuse.
Instead, we put the onus on THEM. THEY are the ones who have to qualify here, not you.
"Show me your medical license right now, which allows you to prescribe a medical device for me. Otherwise you're guilty of practicing medicine without a license, meaning YOU are the one breaking the law."
When they stammer that they don't have one, or any other syllables come out of their face, interrupt with a fixed stare in the eyes and say "You don't qualify to prescribe any medical device. So you are advised to cease and desist practicing medicine without a license" and breeze on past.
PUT IT ON THEM, SO THEY DON'T PUT IT ON YOU!
I couldn't love this tactic more. This is happening.
In my experience they don't give a shit. And cops don't either
It would have to be brought as a legal case to prove it, and by that point it's already been done.
Thanks, Ill have to find my state and plan ahead. I like the idea someone said of going around to stores and asking ahead of time, whether or not they will comply. I do feel many will eventually cave if the pressure is too great. We saw how many businesses got shut down/went under after 2020.
I will respect the the ones who initially take a stand, but in the end really just have to survive.
Push-back against lockdowns and mandates will be magnitues greater than last time. I sincerely hope the cabal is over-playing their hand, and creating all the right conditions for what needs to happen to ensure they are never a threat again to anyone.
In some of my prior reading, I remember seeing that a medical condition can be mental or physical. So for example, a mask may make you hyperventilate and have a panic attack. That's a medical condition, necessitating an exemption. I don't believe it has to be a diagnosed condition either. As for store clerks and law enforcement, they have absolutely no right to your private medical information.
Refusing a mask can also be a religious reason. They can't touch that.
Yeah, thats a good one. A few times, when I was feeling extra cheeky, they'd ask me to put on a mask. Id say in the snidiest, most entitled way "I dont have to, I'm jewish" and keep walking.
They never even tried to touch that.
Or at a minimum, make an episode of Customer Wars on A&E
