An honest question to be posed: What have the Republicans accomplished since being sworn in this past January? The loudest ones continually promise and do not deliver, we're being catfished, they arengoing to investigate, form a committee, get to the bottom and yet nill has been accomplished. They need to put up or shut up. We do not require or want cheerleaders, we need representatives and senatorsto do the damn job they were hired for.
Not much to be honest, if we discount that Congress haven't gave Pedo Hitler a ton of what he wanted to pass.
The greatest force in politics is inertia. Congress and the government in general taking forever and a half is expected and is the nature of the beast, and I am a bit surprised that people are surprised about this fact. And while it is frustrating, I prefer a government that is slow to move anywhere than one that moves at an efficient pace. After all:
If you want my two cents:
Another thing to consider is that despite having a majority, the Republican side of things can't get much done because there is a factional split between the MAGA-men, the RINOS, and the "moderate" Right, which means no-one can agree on many things.
I bet that the MAGA-men did some math and quick polling to see how well an impeachment motion will go, and probably was disappointed with the results and put it on hold until conditions change to avoid embarrassment. If you want to help things along, here are two suggestions:
1.) Identify the RINOs (and I do mean actual RINOs; merely disagreeing with you on some reasonable items is not enough to be a RINO) and primary them out of office. Be sure to have someone lined up to take their spot, or else the RINOs will get one of theirs in.
2.) Create the conditions where not doing anything to support Trump will create more angry voters than supporting Trump, and make sure to have the proof to back your case up. Nothing brings more fear in a politicians heart than having angry voters on their ass, which is the reason why they shy away from doing anything effective, because anything that is effective is also anything that is controversial, and will cause angry voters to merge...
Well said
