Um, not constitutional, people have won elections from behind bars before. So, this is a case of an alleged involvement in an alleged insurrection.

Let's get the alleged bits out of the way first shall we? How 'bout stick to facts:

Trump lost (debatable, but ok) People got upset and started driving. Some shady characters were running around in the crowds and doing dodgy things- release all footage please, and let some real people look at it. The trouble was: Cops, NG were slow to react until someone actually got killed - and it had to be an unarmed slip of a girl, ready to climb through a window, no less- (so why did they delay? - This cannot be connected to Trump, he was calling for them way sooner, but everyone was too physically drunk and/or drunk on powerplays, to listen to Orange man) Dems went and got the control they fought so valiantly for,
