The question to my thinking is whether it was just a mistake, comms or dis-info comms. His persona leads me to consider it an intentional misuse of words or spelling. Very few actually know what his intent is in regards to all his posts. There are a plethora of folks that would have you believe they know... I am skeptical of all of them. I merely asked because I had not seen anyone mentioning it here. And i am not hubristic enough to believe I was the only one here to have seen it and not taken notice. I suspect I will see some attempts at explaining the meaning behind it in due time.
