He said that when BidAn eventually got back to the Senate he had changed. He claimed that Biden started having a lot of peculiarities such as: making inappropriate remarks to women AND men, sniffing women’s hair, inappropriate touching of men and women, and other strange occurrences. He said that he and other members in the house and senate would talk about how Biden had changed and wondered if it was because of the surgeries, because where he had the aneurysms is the part of the brain that controls your inhibitions. I wish I could remember his name, and if I do, I will definitely put a link to the interview.
