I don't even remember the name at this point.

Castle Rock vs Gonzalez and Deshaney vs Winnebago County Department of Social Services I think. The latter was restated by Scalia of all people.

Scalia really did that? I am very surprised, he was one of the most individual freedom based justices IIRC.
