Help Me Anons! The Organic Act of 1871 (see link) from my reading, does not contain the words "United States Corporation.' The Act is shady AF, but where can I find the authority that Congress created a "Corporation of the United States" or "the United States Corporation." Thanks

They do a good job of shooting down the bullshit theories and "sovereign citizen" stuff but they are still sorting through bullshit and haven't gotten to the core truth of the matter. Unfortunately it takes a lot of studying to even know where to start.

The "sovereign citizen" stuff usually ends up with an cock sure dude who believed his uncles interpretation of his best friend's brothers take on what he heard at a bar he was drunk at one time,,, getting shot on body cam...
And a bunch of other people being very pissed off about it.
The Bundy ranch was a win because of all the ex cops / military / regular people that showed up with guns to tell the gov to fuck off...
LaVoy Finicum had a pretty good handle on the constitution and was NOT an idiot... he was just at the "Live Free Or Die" point all Republics gone bad get to... where a LOT of folks in the states are going to get to... hopefully before they take our guns... cuz this is the last stand.
I debated with a "sovereign citizen" on reddit once, a long time ago.
It ended with him telling me about when he got out of a traffic infraction. Memory is a little fuzzy, but he said he had spent 6 hours and paid a fee for something state-related and got out of the ticket.
I said so you wasted 6 hours of your time, and still ended up paying the state anyway..
I didn't get a response after that.
Right now I'm debating with someone here who is trying to use William Cooper as an example of Sovereign Citizens Movement tactics working in a court of law.
The same William Cooper who was a "major fugitive" from law enforcement for years due to ducking warrants for tax evasion and was eventually shot and killed by Sherriffs Deputies when they tried to serve a different warrant (for assault) on him. He had previously said he would never be taken into custody alive (talking about his tax evasion warrants), so I guess he really meant it.
I've been going around in circles with this person for over an hour, trying to explain to them why this guy is not an example of Sovereign Citizens Movement tactics working in a court of law.
🤦
Good grief.
