Help Me Anons! The Organic Act of 1871 (see link) from my reading, does not contain the words "United States Corporation.' The Act is shady AF, but where can I find the authority that Congress created a "Corporation of the United States" or "the United States Corporation." Thanks

Learning common law, I’ve learned that everything is based on a contract. Legalese was created to confuse you from this fact.
Got a traffic ticket in the mail? Send it back with a conditional offer of acceptance and they leave you alone. Being free is a choice, albeit a hard choice to make, it’s still a choice.
Where can I learn more about these conditional offers?
Here’s a starter: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8Z2M3OufrFo
E: in the video I linked above, it mentions a treasure account. Ignore that part. My research led me to believe it’s bullshit. They also call it “accept for value”
To really understand what you’re doing, I recommend these guys as “gurus”.
Bill Thorton, Karl Lentz, Marc Stevens, Christopher James, Sam Gross, Robert Fox, Robert Odeck, Steve Emerson,
Karl Lentz has a channel on YouTube where he uploads his talk show, I believe the channel is called Craig Lynch.
Robert fox has a 6 part seminar on YouTube as well.
I’ve personally beaten traffic tickets for speeding and turning on a red at 3 am with no traffic. Now I’m just waiting for the irs to send me a letter. It’s fucking scary, I won’t lie to you. To take this path requires knowledge and understanding.
The courts job is to trick you into giving jurisdiction (control). You can end it in its tracks by challenging jurisdiction, the prosecutor, not the courts. Courts always have jurisdiction, the prosecutors do not. Unless you cause another man harm or injury, or damage their property (your body is technically your property) or there’s a contract violation, they have no right. Prosecutors like to act on behalf of a “fictions entity”. It’s like having Mickey Mouse hire an attorney. The “state” doesn’t have hands or feet, it has man acting as employees. Go after the man and stop him in his tracks. You can really have fun with it if you know what you’re doing.
Good luck
Thank you. Some interesting stuff to dig into.
If you’re gonna dig, I wanted to add that some videos you find on YouTube will have some good and some bad information. The video I linked above is a great example of that when he mentions a treasury account. Everything else in that video is good info. Try to stick to the people I’ve mentioned as a starter. The more you learn, the easier it’ll be to spot the bullshit.
Here’s 2 videos that should help you grasp what to expect. Happy digging.

Oh, I think this one is very important. If you ever sue for compensation, do not, DO NOT accept federal reserve notes, do not cash any checks. It’s a trap. Only accept us minted coins, silver/gold eagles.
I've never heard of any of the people you mentioned but where I learned was mostly youarelaw.com and they also recommend the course at howtowinincourt.com.
I did the How To Win In Court class and it goes into the whole legal process of how lawsuits work from both sides, criminal and civil, state and federal, appeals, rules of evidence, procedure, everything. It's almost like going to law school. Taught by a 40-year trial attorney who learned how to use the rules of court to win cases.
I’ve seen their stuff. I wouldn’t recommend it because it keeps you within the legal framework, not to mention the paywall.
The alternative is to reclaim your status as a man and take all fictitious entities out of the equation. “Who is my accuser, let him come forth and make his claim under oath that I did something wrong”, as protected by the 6th and 7th amendments.
Give the others a try:
