There must be a system of governance (until humanity reaches an age of enlightenment where self-governance is the rule) that is ready in the wings as our safety net. That's why this is taking so long to happen, imho. The WHs understand that our country must remain standing while the darkness is swallowed up.
I agree there must be a replacement ready to go if we are to avoid near total chaos. And I believe we are seeing such a parallel system put in place. Progress is painful and slow but we need to keep in mind that the pedo death cult have forged our shackles over millennia and we are breaking the chains and creating a new reality over the span of a few short years.
