The Fulton county rouge city-state claims those numbers are false and tacked on one count of making "false statements to an official" each time those numbers were stated. As in; his speech was 9 felony charges.
Sadly, the rouge city-state just needs to make "an official statement" the numbers are correct with zero requirement they were verify (because officials are never wrong). While the defendants must prove the numbers are correct using methods different from the official method (rubber stamping some document someone threw numbers on).
Simple answer is round up those who performed voter fraud and execute them in public and inform that this will be the punishment going forward for this crime

Voter fraud should have an extreme punishment. 20 yrs minimum. That's how you stop it
