So Robert Kennedy Jr just filed this lawsuit against Google. Check out the “typo” on the first page 👀

That typo is enough to disqualify the lawsuit.
No. But what is REALLY WEIRD, is that the quote in this motion paper is supposed to be taken exactly from paragraph 16 of the complaint. But paragraph 16 of the complaint doesn't say "John F. Kennedy Jr. is seeking the democratic party's nomination for President." Paragraph 16 of the Complaint says "Mr. Kennedy is seeking the democratic party's nomination for president." The preceding paragraphs define Mr. Kennedy as RFK, Jr.
That's VERY VERY WEIRD. As a lawyer if you put something in quotes it is supposed to be the exact language. Most people cut and paste. There's no way this was an accident. Having said that, it could be one of those things they are doing so that the motion paper and suit, generally, goes viral.
I am going to see if I can get a link to the Complaint that doesn't require a PACER account. I used to have scribd but don't know if still active. I will edit if I can find.

Thanks, that's the order on the motion but I am still trying to look for the complaint.
Is this it? https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/67660387/1/kennedy-jr-v-google-llc/
Nope. Scrivener's errors are a time honored correctible thing.
The navy seal vaccine lawsuit was full of spelling errors which made for massive jokes but they won that.
This really isn't a typo, it's talking about another person all together. That person is supposed to be deceased. I would say this would need to be corrected but I am not a lawyer.
