Why wouldn't he what? Be having troubles with his personal finances? He's been through quite a lot and is facing several lawsuits against him. So, yeah, he has a lot of people after him.

I'm not judging him by telling someone that he's no longer a billionaire (if he ever was). I don't believe the more money a person has, the better they are. They seem to think it was important enough to mention, so I felt it was important she knew he's having troubles right now.
