As far as I know, distilled water is fine as long as you get your minerals from salts and such. u/PepeSee (hope that tag works!) knows about it. He replied to a similar post I had a few weeks ago.
thanks! And that’s what I was wondering about; if I need to pay attention to the salts, etc. I like to keep balanced otherwise feel a bit off, which is not an option anymore;)

thanks for taking the time to share details, that’s helpful! I’ve had some issues in the past with potassium & sodium, so I want to make sure I’m not going backwards:) I also need to look into the various salts, was thinking Celtic sea salt might be beneficial, maybe I’m missing something🤔 no oceans where I’m at now;) and we usually have a good fluoride filter, so would have that taken care of, which is good.
