(Sounds like a win to me) "The simple fact is that electric vehicles cannot meet the demands of my constituents," Joyce told Fox News Digital in an interview earlier this week. "Coupling the mountains with the harsh winters and the intense heat of summers makes driving an electric vehicle both unreliable and ultimately unrealistic for many of my constituents." https://www.foxnews.com/politics/house-democrats-join-republicans-voting-strike-down-californias-electric-vehicle-mandate

Do any of the politicians (for or against) ever talk about the lifeblood of electric vehicles--the power grid? We all know California's grid couldn't even come close to handling every single household in the state driving electric vehicles, but it seems to be a topic very few in positions of power talk about. Or maybe I just miss it when it comes up?
Even commiefornia is still less than 15% of the cars on the road are electric and their grid cant even handle that
They have large diesel generators at charging stations
Might as well have a up blow car in the driveway, like those fake planes in Afghanistan. Hey you can finally have a Bentley!
I think they do know somewhat, it is more about controlling us. They forget that they work for us, they think it is the other way around
The grid can totally handle it, it almost always, even in the middle of summer, has twice the power available as is being consumed. Telling people it can't is how you get them to pay more.
It's a scam back to front.
There is NO resource scarcity.
