Be wary of any cheap products that have lithium batteries. There are compilations on youtube showing these things spontaneously combusting. Hover boards, ebikes, battery packs, etc.
I imagine if we had a solar flare of any consequence there would be a dozen small fires in each home from lithium battery devices such as phones etc. all completely non extinguishable until they burned out.
Solar flare causes grid overvoltage. Any cheap Li Ion battery connected to a cheap charger without any built in protection is going to catch that surge.

This is exactly why lithium batteries are not allowed to be checked in with luggage at an airport.
