It is an idiotic claim that the military "doesn't know" where it crashed. If I crash my DJI Drone, I have a GPS track to show me exactly where it went down. Are we so stupid to believe that the military doesn't have that capability, and much more????????
More than likely, the plane was flown somewhere and sold, or is set aside for some nefarious deep state mission.
