It could also be property of US MIL. I was in the Army for years. At the national training center in California the 11th ACR has an OPFOR unit that trains on and uses Soviet/Eastern Bloc weapons and vehicles against the US units in training scenarios. Tanks, HINDs, BMPs, BRDMs, etc. I never saw any ADA weapons, but they have everything else. I don't know, just saying it COULD be part of US inventory.
Could be but I think mil uses private semi's to move hardware only because I've seen so much military hardware moved with private trucks in the last few years.
Interesting. I saw a similar-looking vehicle on a Los Angeles highway the other day as well, although I didn't identify it. I assumed it was US military.

That's actually what I was hoping it was. Some US mil training aspect to it.
Most likely.
Could be part of U.S stock. A lot of Opfor units use a variety of Soviet/Eastern Bloc weapons and vehicles mixed with civilian in training scenarios.
Could also be Privately Owned. It is legal to do so provided your willing to jump through Hoops and do the extra paperwork.
Perhaps it’s on its way to be a bombing range target.
Might also be heading to a museum. There’s a few Civilian Armored Warfare Museums in the U.S
I think armed is unlikely. That would've been a good picture to have.
It had the missiles on top of it. Unless they were training missiles it was on. this thing wasn't covered up at all.
Was the cab pulling it a gov't rig? Or private? If private, it could possibly be a movie prop.

The one I saw looked like the middle vehicle in the lineup above. I didn't see missiles on it. Was all dark olive, no camo.
That's the same one I saw but it had missiles on it and tan.

Did you see any blue color on the missiles at all?
