When you're in ketosis, your body no longer craves sugar, because it's burning fat instead of glucose. The first month is hard but after you get over the hump it feels so damn good, no more brain fog, joints pain, no more acid reflux, farting or snoring...it's glorious!! People say it's expensive diet but your medical bills will be way more when you stick to standard American diet, I guarantee you.

The food pyramid is junk science. Medical students are taught sugar is just an empty calorie but benign. Salt on the other hand is demonized and we are told to restrict its use. (There is no proof that salt causes high blood pressure.) Canola gmo oils are fine they say but don't eat meat fats. Nothing could be further from the truth! (There is no proof animal fats cause heart attacks.) The AMA is a completely corrupt organization bought and paid for by those who want to make you sick and weak.
They are attempting to steer people away from meat for a reason. It is good for you. You can eat beef, pork, chicken, and fish all the time and not be harmed by it. Most people can't stick to a keto diet, but a paleo diet is easier to maintain, and it will stop cure type II diabetes. Paleo includes the meat and dairy, but adds greens, fruit, and nuts.
Really anytime you question the "experts" you find a mountain of lies. Rockeller medicine, educational system, etc... has intentionally set out to dumb us down and make us sick. Lots of profits for them death and suffering for us.
I've been carnivore for 5 years. It is often hard to sustain IF you allow yourself to indulge in (even occasionally) sugar/flour products which are addictive. If I don't eat any of those items (ever) then I am completely satisfied (no cravings) by the 2 meals I eat a day. I don't eat any fruits or vegetables. I feel good, have lots of energy and no struggles with weight issues.

This is very true. The first stage of Metabolic Syndrome is hypoglycemia, low blood sugar. People with this problem often feel anxious when their blood sugar drops, and they say they are anxious, but they are not really anxious, they are suffering from low blood sugar, which is a crisis event for a person, and this is why the body has ways of alerting them to their condition. Going to a doctor for anxiety medication will not help. The only thing to do is find someone who understands this and can point you to a diet that will not cause drops or spikes in blood sugar. This is any kind of person trained in functional nutrition. YOU AREN'T ANXIOUS,you are eating a bad diet.

Yes, it does, but it is hard to stick to it, and you have to be very disciplined to make it work.
I have found that periodic fasting is also a good way to lower blood sugar if you just can't adhere to a strict keto diet.

Rancid seed oils gum up everything.
Any of the processed seed oils are not good for our bodies. These oils are loaded with free radicals that are very destructive to human health.
Tallow, lard and fish oils are the best sources for oils in our diets.
