You must have access to information that the rest of us aren't privy to. Care to share on how you know that Catturd's SWATing was a "spoofed number made over voip originating from a server in Russia..."?
I'm talking about the concept broadly, you said that phone calls could easily be traced. That's simply not true if someone puts in a small amount of effort.
If anything digital can be traced then does that mean Q is compromised?
You said phone calls could "easily" be traced. It's wrong that you should fabricate language. I wrote specifically of the police having this technology.
Oh sorry, it's not "easily" it's "instantly", important distinction.
Anyway you should really try to learn more about opsec and obfuscation techniques that can be utilized to hide your traces on the internet before trying to speak with authority on the subject. Law enforcement, especially local police departments, aren't all-knowing and powerful.
"Law enforcement, especially local police departments, aren't all-knowing and powerful."
You said this. I never did. This has nothing to do with being "all-knowing and powerful". Again, the police know who the caller is. They have the capability to instantly trace and identify the caller.
