Not good, though it’s in almost every B supplement on the market. Good news-Costco started carrying methylcobalamin for under $20 for 300 sublingual tabs.
I have MTHFR, too. I take methylfolate and will look for the other.
Methylcobalamin is the active form of Vitamin B12.
