the issue here is there were people telling those grabbing him to stop. As far as I could tell grabbing was all that was done It didn't seem super violent. He pulled his gun after he was away and shot immediately.
Heat of the moment, but not sure I agree shooting was the appropriate thing to do.
This attack was not as cut and dry as tge rittenhouse self defense.
All that man knew was he was being assaulted by multiple people, he broke free and had a moment to defend himself. He didn't know what his assailants were willing to do him, this is obviously self defense. This clearly falls into fuck around find out. This is America where people carry guns, you don't want to get shot don't attack someone in the street.
Staged. The commies wanted a narrative. Watch the guy who is wearing a hoody over his hat! He isn’t MAGA. He shot after he was free. Listen to the end “You guys killed someone today!” Set up.
Use of Force instructor here. It was not a clean shoot. There has to be an imminent risk of death or great bodily injury. I know he was afraid, and he had good reason to be, but this one isn't going to pass in court. Why it's a good idea to carry pepper spray, AND a gun.
Just because he was wearing a Trump hat does not mean he is a Trump supporter. We know the left likes to use these props to create violence and chaos to implicate the right. Wait for the investigation.
On the one hand, the guy was being accosted and pushed around by several people but it seems like they were only trying to take his hat.
However, At the moment of the shooting they had seemingly let him go after taking his hat at which point with a low wall between him and the assailants and seemingly none else pursuing him (noone else in frame), he draws his weapon and without warning fires at someone ... do people deserve to be shot for stealing a hat?
The clip is quite short, who knows what was really going on but Im not so sure i like ANY of what im seeing here, but wtf do i know, I'm not a lawyer.
Arrested for defending himself from an assault by multiple assailants? What the hell happened to our country?

As false a flag that has ever been false flagged. Article is very light on details, he was “subdued” (assaulted) for what? Being a “Trump supporter?”
Who was protesting what exactly?

and it didnt stop them from snatching another hat
This video only strengthens the other side. Not good for our cause.
hmm.. Not much context here.
