2024 presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. plans to announce he will run as an independent on October 9 in Pennsylvania, Mediaite has learned.

DITTO. I think him running indi is some twist in the plan we don't understand yet OR it could be that something else will happen before October 9th & this plays into it somehow
