my sister lives in CO and she said she's not allowed to water her outside plants/trees with her garden hose, or even allowed to collect rain water to do it. i was shocked and said what is behind not being allowed to collect rain water? she said that would be stealing water from the people who live below them.

can this country get any stupider???

they are turning CO into the new CA and people are accepting it without asking one single question.
