Not sure this is accurate. “Actionable 11.4” would mean one year from now. Still possible.

Multiple meanings exist. Q definitely isn’t bound to use only one system consistently.

If the dot in 11.3 can be deleted making it 113 years, the dot in 11.4 can be moved to the left one digit making it January 14th.
