It started with making the U.S. a corporation in 1871 and the banks taking over in 1913.

This. The Republic died when the corporation was birthed in 1871. Lincoln's illegal war of Northern Aggression and his creation of corporate welfare bankrupted the Republic and lead to the 1871 demise.
